Best neurologist ever !!

Dr. Walia was very compassionate. He took time to answer every question we had. His staff was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

Bedside manner was terrible. Arrogant. Didn't really listen to us. Not to mention he spoke Very loud to someone with seriously headaches! Just walked away when he was finished. Will not return

I would gladly give Dr. Walia 5 stars however his office staff, particularly his billing department is horrible. They sent my account to collections after 30 days without sending me any notice that I even had a balance due. When I called them to explain that they just needed to re-submit it to the insurance they refused and said "it's in collections now, no longer our problem". Now they wont even refill my medication which I desperately need! What kind of people treat patients that way???

I was Very Disappointed with how Dr. Walla didn't make me feel Comfortable. Some of my Questions weren't Addressed. He wasn't very Professional to me. My first visit I left with Harsh Comments. No help as to receiving SSI Benefits. Said told to get a "Lawyer. Talked to a friend who is a Dr. He said "He would of never tell any of his Patents that & would of done the Paperwork for Disability.

Staff was great from front desk to check out. Dr. Walia was easy to talk to, kind and no nonsense. I left very encouraged that I was in the right place with the right Neurologist. He was able to answer some questions and allay some fears I had due to family history. He was extremely knowledgeable but didn't make me feel stupid by my lack of understanding. Really great team.

We have only had one office visit to review MRI results and discuss diagnosis but we found Dr. Walia's staff to be very helpful and Dr. Walia to be very knowledgeable and engaging. He pulls the brain scans onto a large screen and reviews with patients, which helped us understand the problem much better.
