She was very kind and answered all my questions

Front desk office and office manager Gabby are useless. We were attempting to become a new patient but was given wrong directions to the office. When we got to the location given, 6161 N macArthur, there was sign on window saying we've moved. There is no way to contact the office directly. We wanted to inform them we are running late due to wrong address. We also wanted to make sure we had the correct address, and could still make the appointment However, there is no way to contact the office directly. You have to contact a switchboard office in Dallas, who handles all the phones, appointments for Baylor Scott and White healthcare in the area. They said they made a note on the appointment. But that is useless as the doctor's office never saw it or ignored the appointment note. When we got to the office, they had cancelled the appointment and never told us. They should have called to check on us, or at least let us know they cancelled the appointment. They also had no… record of us running late. This is no way for a doctor's office or run a business, especially healthcare. Patient care is important. That includes communications, not just medicine. When you are sick, and don't feel well and need help, the last thing you want is to struggle, or fight with, communications, phone calls, insurance, and directions. We would not recommend this office for any care.

She is truly the best. Iam so glad she is my primary, since coming into her care she has been kind an attentive. They are a medical provider that will take all your needs in to consideration.
