I have a daughter who Dr. V recommend she stop her atropine eye drops. 2 weeks later her right eye is going outward due to stopping the eye drops. I have called and been on their phone system hold for over 30 mins. When the lady answered, she is rude. I explain to her what's going on, she replies "Monday's are always going to be busy. We have just 3 offices to handle calls. Muster, Valpo and CP." 3!!! Only 1 phone line? This is the only time I have sat on the phone trying to schedule an appt. When you arrive you sit in the waiting room over an hour. Then get called back to sit another 45mins-hour. I am researching the area to find another Pediatric Ophthalmology. Our wonderful, AWESOME Dr Bhirva Shah left Indiana and we were recommended to to Dr. V. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you have all day to sit for a 10 min exam then go. They aren't all that friendly. They are there to schedule as many patients in a tiny time frame to squeeze every penny they can. I have to request off an entire day… of work when I have an appt here. Ridiculous
