It would be nice..... IF - SOMEONE AT THIS OFFICE WOULD CLEAR MY ACCOUNT AS "PAID IN FULL" AS MY PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 6/20/2024!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN EXPLAINING THIS TO YOUR BILLIN MANAGER SINCE JUNE 2024!!!!!! YOUR OFFICE HAS SCANNED DOCUMENTS THAT NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO LOOK AT AND CONFIRM MY PAYMENTS!

Dr. Aparna Ambay is a board-certified dermatologist with 360 Dermatology. She is amazing. I have seen Dr. Ambay for close to one and a half years. Dr. Ambay has excellent bedside manners, she is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, has a calming demeanor and truly listens. She offers tips and suggestions about what you should and should not do. Her communication skills are top-notch. You can tell she has a true compassion for patient care. I would not change dermatologists. Dr. Aparna Ambay is a “SKIN EXPERT”.

I highly recommend Dr. Ambay. She is very personable, easy to talk to, very understanding and compassionate. Her office is very pleasant, clean, nice staff; I have nothing negative to say about her practice.

Dr. Ambay was not at all involved in my treatment until my cancer had spread throughout my scalp and on to my skull. Each of my appointments ended up being with someone besides Dr. Ambay until my cancer had advanced to the point where multiple surgeries were required. I could not possibly recommend this doctor to anyone who has any medical issues to deal with and I would not wish my experience on anyone.

At one point I agreed not to post this review, if Dr. Ambay answered my questions that were outstanding for over three months. However, after another email went ignored and unanswered by Dr. Ambay’s staff, I felt it was my responsibility to inform people of the lack of professionalism, consideration and patient care I experienced in the short time I saw Dr. Ambay. I will summarize my horrendous experience by stating that Dr. Ambay lacks consideration for her patient’s time (2 out of 4 appointment I waited for almost an hour before seeing the doctor), and shows no desire to ensure patient knowledge and understanding (while asking questions, she proceed to leave the room, and it took 3 months to gets to questions I sent via the patient portal). Her sense of self is extremely inflated, given that she doesn’t feel she needs to respond to patient questions or concerns (literally looked directly at me and lied about providing the answers in writing). She also doesn’t seem to stay… current on conditions, or does any research when your case doesn’t fit the textbook case/answer. I would not recommend Dr. Ambay as a provider!! See her at you own risk, if you have excessive amounts of time to waste, and don’t really need to understand your condition. She is more concerned about her perception and rating, then actually providing adequate and comprehensive medical care. This also the behavior of her staff, as emails to her clinical supervisor and director of operations exhibit the same lack of consideration and responsiveness.

Dr Ambay and 360 Dematology is awesome... What a wonderful doctor... After many years of seeing several dermatologists we truly feel that Dr Ambay provides us with the most thorough exams... My wife and I have been with Dr Ambay for a long time now and we have been pleased with the surgeries that were necessary to prevent a more serious situation... Dr Ambay's staff is friendly, efficient and caring... Dr Ambay's husband Dr Raj Ambay is a wonderful man and an excellent plastic surgeon... I have needed Dr Raj twice in the past to stitch up large incisions... I was very pleased with the results... My wife and I feel very blessed to have found these two great doctors at 360 Dermatology... We highly recommend 360 Dermatology... This is truly a five star office... Bob and Lorraine Koryus

Dr. Ambay, along with Vanessa and Rene, have been absolutely terrific ! I moved to Florida from out of state approx. 1 year ago and was fortunate enough to find her to continue my procedures. I highly recommend the entire practice based on my to-date extensive experience with these individuals.

Uncaring, unprofessional, and unethical !

Dr. Ambay is very kind and caring and takes her time with the patient. She is very well-versed in all areas of Dermatology. Five stars for her experience and training.
