She was what I vision a Doctor should be for my brief visit

Office waits are growing longer and longer. Dr. Kotamarti comes in and "hustles" my father-in-law through the appointment. There is no talking or sharing about his situation--only the briefest conversation. Test results are often never shared until the next office visit--even if you call and leave a voicemail specifically ASKING that a call be made so that the patient can have his worries alleviated. The tests we are talking about are Xrays for pneumonia or thyroid test results --something that should be shared with the patient asap--especially geriatric patients who are extremely challenged by pneumonia and the fatigue resulting from slow thyroid. We are very disappointed with the service and astonished at what appears to be a lack of care for someone who has been seeing her--often bi-weekly-- for many years.

She and her entire office staff treated my mother like a queen. Quickly ordered the tests needed and recommended the best specialists. There is nothing that the staff or the Dr. could have done to have made a very difficult time easier.

We've been trying for 3 weeks to get test results back for my mother-in-law. When we finally get them and the doctor wants to start her on antibiotics, the girl that runs the office lies about calling in the prescription. We call the pharmacist...who agrees to call the doctor...but the doctor and/or her staff won't return the pharmacist's call. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law continues to suffer, desperately in need of medicine.
