The worst patient "care" ever. In all the years we have been with this office, we have never been seen on time. In addition, my mother was forgotten about and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes! Our medications never had refills and it took forever and multiple calls to get an approval. The last episode, however, went completely overboard...My mother was diagnoses with Type 2 diabetes. She was given the prescription for the glucometer. It took over 1 month (!), daily phone calls, emails, and finally complaints, to get the right paperwork to our pharmacy to ensure the correct device and the payment from medicare!!! After I spoke to the office manager, things finally happened and we received the correct glucometer. However, almost immediately I received a Certified letter from Dr. Vemuri in which she claimed I was rude to her staff on two occasions ONE MONTH APART FOR THE SAME ISSUE! I am sure I was upset upon speaking to the staff. Who wouldn't have been upset? As one can see, it was… 1 month apart for the same problem! Another physician there misdiagnosed my husband and he ended up needing an emergency surgery. I am so sorry I stayed as long as I had with this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!

Dr Vemuri is really a doctor that makes you, as a patient, feel listened to, not rushed out the door, and is extremely knowledgeable and concerned about your health. I would highly recommend her to any one as she personified the word ‘care’ in a doctors’ ‘care’! Her office staff is also very warm and caring.
