I have been worried about seeing a dermatologist about a spot on forehead because my uncle had died of melanoma a few years back. I've been bad about putting on sunscreen my whole life and even went tanning when I was young. I went to see Dr. Armstrong about this spot. She knew what it was right away and explained to me what it was and what the next steps are. I feel much more at easy knowing that she's experienced and knowledgeable.

I had a growth on my lower lip for some time that I was getting worried about because it came out of nowhere. I went to my primary care doctor, who said that he was not sure what it was but that it could be something worrisome and referred me to see a dermatologist. I could not sleep for weeks before I was able to see Dr. Armstrong. She looked at the spot on my lip and also looked at the rest of my skin. She seemed to know what it is right away and told me that the spot on my lip was okay and asked me not to worry. She also explained to me what it is clearly. I was so relieved after seeing Dr. Armstrong. She was great, and her nurse was wonderful too.

I have been to a few doctors for my psoriasis, but I have always been frustrated with how little progress there had been. Finally, someone told me about the National Psoriasis Foundation for patients. I looked at their website and found Dr. Armstrong in my area. It was difficult to get in to see her because she is popular, but it was worth the wait. Dr. Armstrong explained to me all the different treatment options and why she thinks certain options are good for me and other options are not. She was knowledgeable, and she really cared about how I did. After I've visited her a few times, my psoriasis has gotten better than it has ever been, and I'm so grateful for her help. I've recommended her to my family and friends.

I had a very good experience visiting Dr. Armstrong. She was able to figure out how to treat my eczema and explain to me why I have been so itchy. I really liked her.
