Dr. April Gardner, DO

Best doctor I ever had! I missed her the moment I moved from Ohio! She puts locations known as “hubs of medical care” to shame! Had the patience to listen to very lengthy symptoms and history. I had multiple problems at once and she triaged them. This all came after I had seen multiple specialists who tested and identified certain issues but failed to provide appropriate medications, diagnosis and referrals to treat my issues correctly. Read all testing (MRI/ultrasounds/etc) conducted by other agencies that I made sure to provide her and called me for follow up discussions and treatment. Referred to required specialists that were just as thorough as her. As a D.O. she did pressure techniques to align painful SI joint and nerve problems...things I can do at home. I am absolutely positive she is hands down, the only reason any of my health issues were resolved. As a patient you just have to care about your health as much as she does and that requires a little work and thought on your… part as an adult. Worth any wait time without a doubt!

DO NOT go to this Doctor! She got me hooked on Xanax.

I have been seeing Doctor Garner for around 9 years. Though sometimes she gets a little backed up, she makes sure to spend quality time with me to answer anything I'm not sure of. Also, there are times when , because of the amount of time I've known her, she has provided a set of ears just to listen to some of personal life problems. As well as followed by comforting words or advice to help me. Over the years she has not just been my doctor, but a friend that I can trust as well. I couldn't recommend enough.

Never going back. Seemed nice at first appointment, then later talked down to me like I was a little kid. I am an RN and have some knowledge about a medication I had been on for 10 years! Waited several times way over an hour, then she rushes in and tells me to come back every 2 weeks. Difficult to get an appointment.I have a new doctor who is both knowledgeable and respectful.
