I went there with my brother who had terminal cancer and she practically accused me of seeking pain drugs for myself after I had reminded her that my brother was running out of meds. I was livid and withheld my anger so as not to upset my brother. Fast forward a month and a follow-up appointment which took all of 5 mins resulting in a prescription for the same medication that was not helping with his pain even though I begged them for something a bit stronger but they refused. You'd think a followup is to ascertain whether or not the medication and strength was sufficient to ease the pain but I was ignored. This office is a joke, find another that seems to care and listen to their patients needs. Needless to say my brother was placed into hospice a few hours later and they are now hounding us for payment that was erroneously denied by the health care provider, plus they billed us for an appt that he missed the day after his death and the initial visit that the health care provider… paid.

I BEEN TO A LOT OF DOCTORS OFFICES AND TO SPECIALIST, BY FAR THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST OFFICE THERE IS. THE STAFF IS POLITE, REASONABLE, WILL WORK WITH YOU IF YOU ARE LATE, AND WILL NOT CHARGE IF YOU CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. THE DOCTOR IS VERY STRAIT TO THE POINT, COURTEOUS, CARING, AND SHE WAS GREAT AT EXPLAINING MY MRI REPORTS. WE STARTED TREATMENT RIGHT AWAY

Office staff incompetent and unprofessional. After asking us to come in at 12:30 to fill out papers as a new patient. Waited till after 1:00 and the girls were horrible. They told us we had to wait and that the girl who asked us to come in early was no longer there. and they do lunch from 12-1.They took another patient who came in after us and said we could leave if we wanted. My husband has cancer and really needed this appointment. I am disgusted.

I was referred to her by my primary doctor at the beginning of the year and she made sure I wasnt in anymore pain and treated me with some medicines to help me with my arthritis.

Listens to patient,curteous,first doctor to truly assess pain ....would highly recommend to anyone suffering with chronic back pain

SHE HAS BAD MANNERS-WHICH INCLUDES BAD VOCUBULARY.

Always very courteous,does not make patients wait, very caring about your needs, always listens to what you have to say.
