very rude and un-sympathetic! never explained anything and even took a personal phone call in the middle of the visit! i understand people having a bad day but when you have someone crying in front of you it is time to re-adjust your bedside manner!

I have been going to Dr Ruffin for 2 years. I'm am usually nervous at my appointments but Dr Ruffin puts me totally at ease. She is very knowledgable but very easy to talk to. I am so thankful to have found Dr Ruffin!! She is my favorite doctor.

I am very pleased with my care. She is wonderful and very easy to speak with regarding healthcare issues. I would recommend Dr. Ruffin highly. She exceeded my expectations with every appointment and I am glad she lets me have input in my healthcare decisions.

To be honest, I feel that Dr. Ruffin did not listen to me at all. My general opinion is that she would rather shove meds down my throat then try to figure out what is causing my problems to begin with. She made me feel bad about myself and then I had to practically brow-beat her to get her to agree to a simple blood test.

I love Dr. Ruffin! She is patient, kind, gentle, very knowledgable...I could go on and on. She delivered my second child. She is always able to answer my questions and address my concerns promptly. GREAT DOCTOR!

I have only seen Dr. Ruffin for a short time, but have gone through a couple of procedures with her. She has a great bedside manner, she always made sure my questions were answered and called me herself with my test results.
