I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of mental health experience. I currently work with clients age 16 and older. What I’ve come to know and understand is that therapy is a profoundly personal process. During your journey and search for the right therapist, always remember you deserve to find a skilled professional with a style that suits your needs. Through understanding and validation, I strive to create an accepting, collaborative, and therapeutic environment for my clients while providing the skills needed to achieve meaningful change. My goal is to ensure I create a safe environment for each and every client. I love working with all clients but at this time I am seeing clients age 16 and older. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment and self-esteem. I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers.
