I have been attending this office for three years and the level of care I’ve received has been awful. They do not care if you see the same doctor regularly, scheduling you wherever they can which means there are major gaps in treatments and understandings of the patient’s ailments. One doctor didn’t realize I was anemic even though it was on my chart. Another doctor walks in with two residents and loudly says in front of everyone, “The last time I saw you, you had a UTI!” And the other introduces herself to me every single time like I haven’t been in her office 5 times before. I do not recommend this office at all.

I am a brand new cardiac patient and this place left me hanging with NO GP telling me they no longer took my Medicare Advantage plan with NO WARNING.

ABSURD! My first appointment and I was NOT told to arrive earlier than the schedule, I was told that since I was THREE minutes late I wasn't going to be seen. This doctor doesn't know how to train her staff and obviously does not need my money! I am disabled and felt so humiliated trying to explain my bathroom issues reason for me 3 minutes delay... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am filing a complaint with the FL Medical board for discrimination against my disability

Dr Smith together with dr. Lorenzo is excellent doctors, who listen and take their time answering questions and explaining the treatments. It is a pity that they no longer accept Medicare.

From the Moment you step into there door to the moment you step out is just great. Incredible staff That really cares they are so welcoming, I have been a patient for 2 months now and i will stay with her as long as i can. The kind of relationship that Dr Smith-Gonzalez creates with her patients is just superb, I got called in on my first visit 5 minutes before my appointment and she took her time going over all my past history and everything that was going on now I Definitely recommend her. She will treat you like family...

I have many health conditions and I have been to many doctors. I love this doctor. She listened to my completely and made sure I had all my questions answered. She is all about integrating alternative medicine and osteopathic treatment into her plan. Truly the best doctor I have ever had who goes the extra mile for her patients.

I am sooo thankful that she was able to squeeze me in on Saturday. Saved me a trip to urgent care or even worse the hospital. Very courteous staff. I will definitely be referring my family to see you!!!
