Our therapy sessions are a safe space to process stress - whether that stress be from complicated relationships, work, life transitions, trauma, or linked with unhelpful behaviors such as addiction. I primarily utilize a combination of CBT, DBT and Positive Psychology approaches in sessions to help adults who are motivated to work through stressful situations and make positive changes in their life. You are the expert in your life, and I can help you manage overwhelming emotions to more clearly see the answers you are looking for. I feel blessed to help people regulate emotions, reduce …stress, improve communication, increase self-esteem, reduce harmful/addictive behaviors, and process traumas.
I have over 20 years experience in behavioral health, and am quite passionate about the work I do. I love to experience new things and travel to new places. In my free time I like to enjoy the outdoors by gardening, hiking, or just finding a scenic place to relax and enjoy the view. I also love OSU football, cooking, a good trivia game, and making new memories with my family.
