Dr. Westfall and her staff are very caring. Wonderful with children. Very transparent with their practice and information for patients. The office is clean and spacious. Very professional & friendly staff. They take medical and private insurance. Dr. Quidwai saw us and is a sweet heart and very thorough with all her communication to us about exactly what needed to be done & her best recommendation. Jeanna (the billing lady) helped us with understanding how the financial side worked so that we understood in very clear terms so there was nothing hidden. Wonderful team, highly recommend them.

This office is the only office in the Tahoe basin to take my medi-cal dental insurance and I was surprised to find that the staff were well trained and very caring & professional. They also took my husbands work insurance Metlife so now all my family can go to a dentist close to my house

I am mostly upset with this staff who seem so very disingenuous. We could hear the staff being catty and talking about others negatively.

My dental anxiety was immediately calmed by Dr April's demeanor. She was at once relaxed, professional and very attentive. She answered each of my questions regarding not only the root canal & crown procedure, but the cost and insurance coverage tactfully and in layman's terms. The front office staff and RDA's were great, too.

Nothing hurt. She is so gentle. She doesn't talk your ear off or ask you questions when your mouth is full.
