Horrible bedside manner. She wouldn’t let us speak and constantly interrupted us. Also spoke over us. She mocked us and tried to make us feel ignorant. We hung up in tears. She has no business being a doctor.

Horrible doctor. Did not let me speak. I had to repeat myself several times. At the end, she hung up on me.

We got her through MDLIVE for an issue my daughter had. She saw the pictures, let us explain our situation, and made a recommendation. With the antibiotic my daughter is much better now. I read couple of reviews that she does not let people talk, that was not my case, everything worked fine.

My son is prone to ear infections, called for phone consultation from mdlive with her. She didn’t listen to me at all. You know that doctor that treats you like a number... this is her. I need her because of her liscense not because she knows more. She literally tried to say it was congestion and to give him ibuprofen and hot water?! 1 hour after our consult, an urgent care, and a more competent doctor later... he has an ear infection... what do you know... Ms. know it all doctor who doesn’t listen to her patient, was wrong.

Dr. Moosani was unprofessional. She continually interrupted me while I was trying to explain my child's symptoms and history, did not let me finish speaking before deciding nothing was wrong with her. Needless to say I had to take my child to another doctor the same day only to find out there was in fact something wrong with my child. A little empathy as well as LISTENING to your patients and parents would go a long way. I hope other people don't have to experience this.

She is just horrible! Mis-diagnosis, horrible bedside manner! Not friendly!
