Dr. Aralis Santiago Plaud, MD

I have been with this awesome clinic for 3 of my kids for almost 9 years. I love Mrs. Santiago she is the best always smiling and given 100% care for others. I haven't have a bad experienced with her she is great. He estado con esta clínica impresionante para 3 de mis hijos durante casi 9 años. Me encanta la Sra. Santiago ella es la mejor siempre sonriendo y cuidado 100% para los demás. No tengo una mala experiencia con ella ella es genial.

Dr. Santiago es muy buena....es amable y escuchas todas las dudas o preguntas. Me gusta que revisa muy bien a los niños y manda aserle exámenes si sospecha algo...pero sus ayudantes son todo lo contrario. Nunca contestan las llamadas y si lo asen te ponen en espera y se olvidan de ti. No son muy amables con los pacientes .

Dr. Santiago is the best ever option I took 8 yrs ago. Always love the attention she give to my family.

First time visit with them and I had to wait over an hour just so they would tell me the dorctor santiago was on vacation some one new whas there, after she had cheks my child the nurce told me my child could'n get his shots because they needed his profile fron the other clinic and it would take about 2weeks eventhoug I talk to my last doctor and said they would fax his shott record. But nurce told me to wait for all of his profile. Now waiting on there call and hopefully I finaly get to meet dr.santiago.

Dr. Santiago is an awesome physician. She has been the pediatrician of my children since they were born. She makes us feel like my family. Her office is very busy and most of the time you have to wait, but it is worth it. She spends a lot of time with families.

The doctor is very sweet and is able to answer all questions personally, but is too busy to answer any phone calls or emails. The office staff are always with a frown and the waiting period can be from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Dr. Santiago is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Santiago has been my children's Dr. for 8 yrs. she takes the time to talk to them, check on them about school and life. She really cares about her patients and their family. We live in Cedar Hill and we drive to Richardson for Dr. visits. The children do not want to see any other Dr. My children are 16 and 13. The office staff is great and we have a wonderful relationship with them as well. Some of them we have known for 8 yrs. as well. We never have to wait long to get in. I would recommend her to anyone that does not mind the drive, the drive is well worth it.
