Dr. Arash Keyhani

Dr Arash Keyhain seen my mom for her fistula for her dailysis. He explained to her what he was going to be doing and the whole process. He made my mom feel comfortable about surgery. The Surgery Scheduler was very helpful.

Arrived 30 minutes early to be sure I was not late for 1:40 appt. Was told he was running late and wouldn't be in until 2:00 but I was the 2nd patient he would be seeing. This was fine with me. HOWEVER, I was called back into a "room" at 2:40, into the freezing cold x-ray room to wait until 3:20 when he came in. He asked me three questions, checked my pulse, told me to try wearing compression hose for six weeks and come back then to see if things were improved. He left me after a 5 minute "exam." I paid a $40 copay for this??? and Medicare had to pay him for this "service"??? He was unprofessional, not at all thorough, treated me as if my problems were nothing. I could have had better medical service from a bag of potato chips! The lack of exam rooms concerns me--if I were the 2nd patient to be seen that afternoon, was called in just after the first patient was called back, and I was placed in the icy x-ray room to wait (I did not need x-rays), is this even a valid doctor's office?… Exam rooms are assumed to be inside of a doctor's office! Are they even there? Medical service surely is NOT!

After visiting hospital, urgent care, and primary care office he was the one who concluded DVT causing swelling in leg. Everyone else either dismissed my pain and swelling as a strained muscle. I credit him with saving my life.

No patient should be booked in hours before the doctor is expected to see the patient. Average wait time is 45 minutes or more. No patient should be expected to wait more than 30 minutes for any doctor.
