Front desk and billing lack of knowledge to help with questions. Very rude team and canceled my appointment last second

I read the review about Monalisa touch where the lady feels ripped off. I have seen Dr. Sarkis and know nothing is guaranteed, but I have to try something. As for ripped off, call any office that does this procedure, they charge $3,000 all payable on first visit and not refundable for any reason, even if you decide to quit. I find Dr. Sarkis to be an Awesome Dr and kind and caring person.

From my very first office visit I made it extremely clear to Arabella Sarkis my reason for choosing the Mona Lisa Touch treatment I It was for "urgent incontinence". After 1st treatment "NO" change. At 2nd visit she strongly suggested doing Kegels, for without Kegels there would be no improvement with my urgent incontinence, If she had mentioned this critical vital fact before taking my money I would have never wasted my time or money. I feel I was wronged and I feel my money was stolen so I requested a prompt and speedy refund but they have ignored my request. I was told during my first visit I was to pay half and the balance was to be paid on the 3rd visit. When I came in for the 2nd visit I was demanded (at reception) to pay the balance or I would not be seen. I felt bullied stressed out and it was highly unethical to demand payment at the 2nd visit when I was originally assured the last payment would be at the 3rd visit. I am extremely, extremely disappointed with the Mona… Lisa Touch treatment because it did NOTHING, absolutely nothing to help or improve my urgent incontinence. If they had not demanded I pay in full at my 2nd visit, I would have discontinued treatment and accepted the loss. However, because of the treacherous, deceitful, ruthless and unethical way I was treated and made to feel like a victim I am pursuing a full and complete refund. If I don't receive a prompt and complete refund l will submit a formal complaint to the appropriate agency either the Federal Commissions Office or the Secretary of State Offices.

Its very hard to find a doctor that cares. She obviously does.

I think almost everyone agrees Dr. Sarkis is simply wonderful! Now she has a new location in Los Gatos that is very nice and only because I went to the old address by mistake did I again unfortunately meet the nasty receptionist. Turns out she actually worked for another doctor there and stayed there, thank god! I'm sorry, but what a rude witch. The new staff is very nice. Still a bit of a wait, but worth it. In all fairness, I've waited longer and much longer at other doctors.

We looked for a new gen practice office, bottom line this was one of the worst first and second impressions we have ever had. First they incorrectly took down our appointment info. Second they were more interested in pushing what they could prescribe to us. Dr. Hsia was all over the place in discussion. Their office closes at 5pm, we felt rushed so they could close for the day. The Medical Assistant was the most informative person. I would avoid this office all together unless you like to get sold random medications. Dr. Hsia tried to sell us on a multivitamin prescription. No thank you.
