Dr. Arbi George Ohanian, MD

After my mother's stroke and subsequent death we reviewed her medical records trying to learn what happened as the doctors at Huntington told us very little. Dr. Ohanian treated her for her stroke. He was abrasive and unprofessional in person. In his care notes, he made numerous derogatory comments about my mother's demeanor! This was so horrific to read knowing that she had just suffered a stroke and this man is so arrogant he expects a decapacitated woman who is very ill to act like she is at afternoon tea with him. He is despecable.

I have been Dr. Ohanian's patient for several years. He impresses me each time. He is an excellent listener, concerned and compassionate, and is quick-thinking and practical in terms of treatment goals. He is clear in his explanations and is everything I would want in a physician.

Very dissatisfied with staff and professionalism from this doctor. Was advised by emergency room doctor that he spoke with Dr Ohanian and he agreed to see me the next day after release from hospital. Dr Ohanian and staff play games with patients.

Dr. Ohanion took me in as a same day emergency appointment. He spent quite a bit of time asking questions and helping me to understand my medical condition. I feel in retrospect that I owe him at least a few words of gratitude for the level of true care and compassion this man has extended to me in a time that I truly needed a solution for what other physicians could not provide. Thank you Dr. Ohanion, your an outstanding person.
