Dr. Archana Jayachandran, MD

Would never reccomend this provider. She never even looked me in the face and stared at her computer the entire time. She typed notes which clearly proved she didn't listen to a word I said and made me seem like stereotype. She told me though I was there as a new patient "she did not have time to do a physical exam" and that I would "have to make a separate appointment if I wanted one". Anytime I even attempted to ask a question she would flinch and cut me off immediately. I'm very disappointed with my first ARC experience and now have to make an appointment with another pcp that will be months out just to get some serious health issues addressed that she just didnt have time to deal with.

By far, the most rude physician I’ve ever encountered. She chose to be negative and negligent in her care and her care practices. She spent 5 minutes tops with me and refused to provide me with a physical form even though she billed me for a physical and performed a physical. I have no idea about her reasoning of why she mistreated me other than that I’m a person of color and she seemed to be immediately disappointed with that fact.

For YEARS I have avoided Doctors because they never listen. They have the attitude "Are you the Doctor or am I?". I have known for years I have been Anemic and previous Doctors brushed it off. I did not even bring it up with my first visit with Doctor Jay, she did and We are now in the process of treating it. Recently as well I had a problem and Dr Jay was booked. This other Doctor did not listen to me and blew off my pain as "normal". After six weeks I went to Dr Jay and she took it very serious. She ordered tests that were a incase, she covered the basis and gave me the right meds and I'm already improving. SHE LISTENS, she is very respectful. She seems shy, but has never been rude or has had terrible bedside manner with me. I always get in quickly. I always feel like I'm in good hands, which is something I have not experience in so very long. She is also very clear on treatment and options. I cannot imagine her ever being rude or having bad bedside manners.

This Dr. does not seem to care at all about her patients. I went to see her for an office several times and every time I was rushed. She is very abrupt and seems bothered that she has patients. I was having stomach problems but didn't want to go on medication and her response was..I told you what you need so there is nothing that I can do for you. Very rude and unfeeling.

I am glad that I found Dr.Archana Jayachandran, She will never feel you to rush she listen to me very carefully and answered all my question and she gave me a very good and understandable explanation about my health. the nurse and other team was also so nice and helping. Over all I had a great experience visiting Dr. Archana. Thank you

We had a bad experience with Dr. Archana Jayachandran. Wrong dianosis and expensive bill.May not visit ARC Round Rock due to this visit with this Doctor.

Dr J. listened carefully and spent time to understand what was happening. She actually saved my life. She is very caring and methodical in ensuring the highest quality care.
