WORST DOCTOR EVER! This doctor is all about quantity. she comes in keeps her hand on the door and ask what is the problem doesnt let you finish your complaint and runs out she is literally in the room 1-2 minutes. embarrassing and horrible service. Dr. Archana find another field to work in you are clearly not called to care for the sick.

For the love of god, please do yourself and your health a favor and do not seek medical advice/assistance from this so called doctor of medicine. Completely incompetent office that doesn't show any resemblance of any professionalism whatsoever. My entire visit was a nightmare that will haunt my brains forever! I just don't understand how they are able to provide medical help to an ailing Individual. For crying out loud you get waaaaay better service at a chick-fil-a and they only serve you a chicken sandwich. Terrible service, unprofessional, and no medical knowledge whatsoever. For the love of god!

The entire practice is full of such radiant energy, it's practically opening up a door of sunshine upon entering this office- NOT!!!! If you're looking for a practice with an office-policy of "DO NOT SMILE", you've definitely found your place! My initial impression can be summed up in 2 words: forced-labor... the staff and doctor are being forced to work without any compensation- how else can you be such unhappy health care providers?! My next complaint is the lack of technology to diagnose a mere case of strep- if that is even what I have. Without the staff/doctor looking at my throat or even a strep test, I was prescribed antibiotics. To top that off, I get lectured about a flu shot. So, i may have strep- or i may have the flu...but no one will ever know- maybe i might even have shingles! Lastly, to make this the most epic doctors visit ever- staff forgets to call in the antibiotics. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this office full of sunshine.

Dr. Prescribed a life changing drug without personal contact with me. It took her over a week to call in another specialist who ordered additional tests she failed to. Her hospital visits were all less than 3 minutes. My longest conversation with her was my call to her stating I no longer wanted her handling any part of my care. Other than my contact, and lack of communication with this woman my traumatic,emergency hospital stay went very well.

I don't know about the other person who said she was a horrible doctor, but in my case Dr. Thota was the best doctor that I have ever been to. She told me my diagnosis when for the past year no specialist has been able to identify my problem. Also she told me when to come back to her office again. She was very kind and her office staff was also very nice.

I had a visit with her she came into the room check 1 Ear, check the sound of my heart and look down my throat. Didn't ask why I was there didn't ask what hurt or how I felt. She didn't give me a chance to tell her as to why I was there and told me it is not her responsible to set my appointment or tell me when I need to come back for a check-up. She sent me out the office to do blood work and not one time did she ever ask as to why I came into the office. Then tell me I need to come back into the office for my test results. She is all about the DOLLAR BILL AND DO NOT GIVE A CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS SHE IS ALL ABOUT CHARGING THE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER DIME SHE CAN BILL THEM FOR. NOW I FEEL IF YOU ARE TREATING SOMEONE FOR DIABETICS IT IS UP TO THE DOCTOR TO WRTIE ON YOUR CHART SO THAT THE OFFICE STAFF KNOW WHEN TO SET YOU ANOTHER APPOINTMENT UP. SUM IT UP SHE WILL BE GETTING ANYMORE OF MY TIME NOR MONEY.
