Dr. Trivedi and her staff are absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I'm on my second round of TMS, for depression, which in my opinion, has been the most successful treatment I've ever had. Even during Covid I was still able to do my normal visits by phone and go through any of the changes with them and they were still able to help me during the difficult time. If you're looking for an amazing psychiatry office, Human Touch Behavioral Health is definitely by far the best office you'll find. All the way from the girls in the front to the doctor and the MAs in the back. You will always get a an office full of smiles and positive attitudes, and in my opinion already starts for a positive experience at every visit.

This is a great office, the staff gets back to me the same day of leaving them a voicemail usually a few min later. they only charge $25 for paperwork that I request done, while my old office charge $100-$150. Dr Trivedi is a really great Psychiatrist who truly cares about her patients, she even waived my copay so I can get the treatment in her office. new office staff at front desk has really stepped up to providing the best customer service. The pharmacy is always messing up my medications but Human Touch fixes whatever the issue is and calls me with updates or provides samples when possible while I wait for pharmacy to get it together. Thank you Human touch!

I have shown up for appointments more than once that were cancelled without notifying me. I snuck a peek at their computer screen once and learned my appointment was cancelled because they couldn't get my insurance to pay up. It was a money thing and they were not honest with me about it, just tried to get me to go away. The billing problems were endless and they never took any responsibility for it, always saying "we contract out with a billing company, it's not our fault." Sorry, but that's no excuse. I'm starting with a new psychiatrist next week and I'm happy to be away from this one.

This means they may help you, but like any company, once they get paid; meaning money is their first propriety, not the patient. Let me explain, by example of some of their policies: If you are 10 min. Your session may be cancelled, but you still need to pay your copay. Meaning, if you're late you may not get to see your therapist, and depending on your copay you will pay $20-$80 for nothing. You would think since you paid, whatever time is left, you'd get, after all we aren't paying the therapist to drink coffee; are we? At some point they will ask you to fill out a form of "rules". These are some company policies they want you to initial and sign(this is a Legal Document) so their lawyers can hold against you. 1. "You will show up on time", they… already have a policy that if you're late your session may be cancelled, so why do they need you to legally promise to show up on time? 2. "To see a therapist here, you will guarantee to sign up for a minimum of 12 sessions", I've seen therapists for years, this is the first one I've been legally bound to a minimum amount of sessions. 3. "If you miss a session you will be charged $100", ok, they want your copay, plus they want another $100 for missing a session. Dr. Trivedi says these are company policies and if you don't sign the form, then they will not offer any services. Human Touch is capable, but only if you agree to pay them first, and follow their rules. If question them, they will label you as being disrespectful and inappropriate. Buyer beware!

The doctor is a pure fraud.

My teen was at this practice for more than a year for anxiety and mild depression. We were seeing a wonderful assistant with a heart of gold. She left which from other reviews I see employee turnover is rampant here. We got stuck with a psychiatrist that had the personality and bedside manner of the grim reaper. This visit was supposed to be our last to come off anxiety medications and she used scare tactics to put my child on a different anti-depressant. This exacerbated what little depression he was experiencing. When I called to report that symptoms of depression were worse, I was told to go to the ER and admit my child for observation. We were in no way at that level of emergency..we just need to get off this medication . She refused to see us and refused to change the prescription without discharge orders from an ER! They called the next day to check in and promptly told me they would not see my child and that we should find a new psychiatrist that specialized in transgender… children. They used scare tactics and strong arming as a well laid plan to discriminate against my transgender child and fire me from the practice. They care nothing about the people they treat. They give you 15minutes so by law they can write a prescription and push pills on you. If you want to get a prescription and be done with it..by all means this “practice” will get you what you need but be sure to follow the rules to get your pills in time…cuz leaving you cold turkey to suffer the side effects is of no consequence to them. If you are looking to get well be supported by someone who cares about the medicine they practice and the people they are treating, stay as far away from this group as you can.

Staff is Rude & Unprofessional. Doctor Charges $25 for any paperwork that insurance requires them to fill out. Whether it's a standard questionnaire or request from another of your doctors. Practice seems to be more about the money less about the care!!!
