i went into him w/ all well feelings of confidence and reassurance from him that it would be a quick in & out 20 min procedure. That they do lots of these everyday. Under the impression that it wasn't invasive. Little did i know that a heart cath is actually inside your heart! well i put All of my trust into the person who calls himself a Dr. yes he is a Dr.... However I do not know if he was just in a hurry that day as being he was running behind schedule. He ended up dissecting my artery and not catching it! While i was in recovery he then called in for my husband to come in because something was wrong.... At this point i had already been laying in recovery screaming that i couldn't breath and that there was an elephant on my chest!!! I was drenched in sweat like someone had taken a 5gallon bucket & tossed it on me!!!! All while he told my husband i dont know what is wrong w/her. And at this point someone else says shes obviously having a reaction to street drugs!!! ......I was… actually in an active massive heart attack!! He had allowed my heart to fill w/ blood and ultimately collapsed! The Dr literally stood there not doing anything! The head Icu Dr came running down the hall screaming get her back in the OR! Find out whats going on!! withing a few mins that Dr found what the other person had done and we were literally within seconds away from having to do full on open heart surgery on a person who didn't even have a serious issue to begin with!!! The finally were able to get to stents in and a heart balloon! After 10+ hours of no communication from this Dr my husband ran into the Icu nurse wheeling me out of surgery on Life support!!!!! Told my husband you need to call the family were not expecting her to make it thru the night!!!! After 7 days on life support and no changes the hospital corentied my room not allowing people to come thru aka nurses etc After no changes my husband & family moved me to another hospital to where this Dr had actually called the new Dr @ the new hospital for advice!! I am left permanently disabled i have en ejection fraction of 18%!! My lower left heart is almost flat aka dead i am sick every single day and my life was ruined by this man who has zero bedside manner did not even apologize to my family or to me.He got to go home from work that day and go back to his normal life w his wife and kids . I am left not being able to do a flight of steps without getting nauseous or dizzy and having edema in my organs and hands ans feet @ 42!!!!I was just getting ready to get married when this happened to my husband.My children have suffered my life has now suffered my family has all suffered all while this person gets to go to wk like it never ever happened. Then to be told by another Dr that I am NOT the 1st one!!! And it has been worse for others!! Stay away! Do not always trust what they say & get a second. third or even fourth opinion! I know had i been 60 yr old they would have left me in the room to die which is what they were hoping anyways w all of the morphine & ativan they were giving me. Its called a humane euthanasia. look it up it awful and i am left w so much mental and emotional damage that i can not even explain.It has been over 3 years now ans this is the 1st time i have ever even spoke publicly but i figure it is high time that innocent people out in the world know the truth before it happens again to an innocent person.
