Aretha Hamlin

Aretha E. Hamlin is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Aretha goes out of her way to treat each patient with empathy, flexibility, and good listening skills. She draws from a breadth of knowledge to provide guidance and support in managing mental health issues. Her goal is to build relationships with patients to help improve their quality of life. Aretha uses cognitive behavioral therapy to provide medication management and person-centered therapy. Shes skilled at carrying out mental health assessments, diagnosing psychiatric illnesses, and educating the patient and their family on treatment options. Aretha has been working with patients since 2021, treating concerns including ADHD, anxiety, coping skills, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders, stress, and mood disorders. Outside of work, Aretha enjoys watching movies, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite ice cream flavors are vanilla and strawberry.
