Worst experience at a doctors office I've ever had. Screwed up appointments, rude receptionist and an incompetent doctor.

I use to see Dr. Persaud years ago when it was just her practicing in the office. She was awesome. A great diagnostitan .. always “ looked out of the box “ and extremely caring. Well.. upon getting bigger in her practice, her sweet personality always stayed the same .. but she failed me horribly. I wouldn’t be writing this review about her because of our excellent past relationship. However, now .. due to her office getting bigger back then.. the need for more help etc .. her diagnosis skills have slipped. Her time spent trying to figure out what was going on dexreased. Because of this I am now suffering from chronic Lyme disease.. bed bound in pain 90 percent of the time , massive fatigue , vision and neurological problems all because she didn’t treat me correctly when I went into her office with huge red bumps/rash like ..on the back of both legs from the top of my thigh to the bottom of my feet. She gave me two shots and didn’t know what it was. No further testing. Well.. it was… Lyme disease. I went into her office on numerous occasions that month.. with feelings of fatigue.. pain in my joints and muscles .. brain fog and still not once did she mention or test for Lyme. The only recommendation I got was to go see my numerologist because now my hands and feet were tingling and numb. If only she treated me when she saw that rash with the right antibiotics I wouldn’t be where I am now. I’m mad.. mad at a doctor I entrusted my life to and my eldest child’s life too. Personally, I’m sure she’s still a lovely individual .. but she really missed the mark this time. Just know... she will refer you to specialists now.. and not spend the time she did years ago to figure out what is ailing you. I guess it’s true.. a doctor is always on the top of the game while they are growing, but when they take on more then they can handle.. their standard of care slides. One missed diagnosis led to a lifetime of not having a life anymore.!!!

I came to this office to get a prescription for antibiotics, which is what I needed - for strep which I caught from someone else. My daughter's doctor charged less than $65 after insurance and the visit was less than 15 minutes with the doctor. I came to THIS doctor and met a physicians assistant, never met the doctor. They charged me $284 after insurance for the same thing but they billed the insurance company for a doctor visit. If you have an HSA, save your money and go somewhere else. They are overpriced for a basic service.

I started going to this office about 5 years ago.I can count on one hand the number of times I have seen Dr Persaud.Often I see the PA because she is never available.The PA all ways seems to be in a rush and she seems like she afraid to get close to her patients,she acts strange.The staff when you walk in is ok but I feel they have changed over the years .They talk loud and people waiting for the doc can hear your business.When you call they always seem to be in a rush and they act like you are bothering them This office has gone down and it really needs some improvement

Doctor Persaud is not particularly personable. I think she rates her profession up there w finger painting. I had a complex surgery, and have multiple issues, and she dropped me in my hour of need. If you have a cold, she us excellent at dispensing a Z pack. That's as esoteric as she can b.

Great doctor, professional staff, beautiful office

More interested in what tesst they can run which will may be paid by my insurance whether the test are needed or not. I witnessed one patient be denied a nedbulizer treatment because his original appointment was for his shoulder which was a no fault case ! Once I saw the dr and her medical assistants recapping needles I was done ! When you walk in to this office it is a false sense of security with the fancy drapes and furniture. Stay away.

I would recommend her to anyone. The office is great and the doctor is amazing. She never rushes me out and I feel comfortable talking to her about anything.

Dr. Aretha Persaud-Mancusi is an excellent doctor. Very professional, caring and intelligent. Rare to find a doctor will all those great qualities. She always puts my mind at ease after thoroughly evaluating my symptoms. She has helped me gain my health back after many ailments. I am very lucky to have found her.
