Bottom line. The best in the field that we have visited.

If you ask me, Dr. Goldsmith is the best pediatric ENT we've been to (and we have been to others). Very approachable, good bedside manner, spot on diagnosis and a great surgeon. He really cares about his patients. Have used him for all of my children (ranging from tonsillectomy to adenoid removal to tubes for ear infections). He is available and responsive by email - if you email him with a question or issue, he always responds personally. His staff is nice, but because it's a busy office, they can get overwhelmed and the waiting area is always full. There is generally a long waiting list for appointments. Getting an appointment sooner rather than later can also be hard. I guess that's what happens when you are one of the best ENTs in town...

It is true its hard to get an appointment, but if you insist they can call you if there are any cancelations. The secretaries are nice and trying to help if you are really need an appointment. The doctor is very professional, and has great manners toward children and their parents. My child doesnt like doctors, but she likes Ari Goldsmith. Before checking or touching he always tells a child what he is about to do and makes jokes to ease a child. He spends time to talk to the parents. He never rushes with surgeries, and tries everything possible to avoid surgery. I would recommend this doctor.
