Dr. Ari Isaacson

Searched and traveled 1,500 miles to receive treatment from a physician having superior PAE training and experience. As a retired hospital administrator, I was very impressed. He has excellent bedside manner, experience and surgical abilities. The procedure went perfect with zero negative side effects. In 2018 , I became impotent following a urolift by a urologist recommended by the Urolift company. The 2019 PAE by Dr. Isaacson has restored my potency as if I were back in my thirties. I highly recommend Dr. Ari Isaacson to everyone seeking a Prostate Arterial Embolization.

Caused complications in procedure and was inconsiderate and rude. Issues from the complications have not been resolved to date (2 months post procedure). Two hour procedure turned out to be in patient hospitalization for multiple days.

Very rude doctor. Showed no signs of empathy or compassion. Avoid him if possible. There are many better radiologists at UNC

Dr. Isaacson is an empathetic, well trained radiologist whose analytic skills are quite sophisticated. He was quite helpful in my treatment.
