I would go back to Hollywood Gastro in a heartbeat. They were kind, patient, and had GREAT bedside manner. The doctors were reassuring even to the point where I fell asleep from the anesthesia. The report was immediate both verbally and then in writing BEFORE I even got home. Superb - the nurses were great, calming, full of personality. I have 2 suggestions: 1. The office and OR were FREEZING...and you wait for about 1 hour to start your procedure. Maybe a warmer blanket? 2. I wish the pre-consult appointment was as efficient as the process on the day of the procedure. I literally sat alone in a room for over 1.5 hours, having 3 short visits from different people and never actually meeting the doctor. The first visit was to test vitals, the next was the PA asking a few questions, and the last was the tech booking my appointment in the computer and explaining the prep. The three visits lasted less than 10 minutes total time...It would be GREAT if they could be consolidated into one… visit and/or two visits and reduce waiting time. Otherwise, I am really thankful for the work of the clinic, the doctors, nurses and techs. Everyone was super friendly!

I went to do the Obalon Ballon to weight lost but Dr, Lamet make feel like dollar sign. i did not feel he was carry about me and my health, with his words he was rushing me to pay for the treatment right away. He was rushing for money.

He’s by far one of the most caring doctors I have ever met.You don’t feel like just another patient.He makes you feel very comfortable.Answers all your questions.Doesnt rush you and very knowledgeable..You Guys have won a new patient as I will be coming back to you for any Gi issues.
