Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Paley was very kind and knowledgeable. Office staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will highly recommend Dr Paley to my friends and family.

Never met Dr. Paley but sat in the waiting room for over an hour without being called in. Patients who were an hour late were taken before me and the last straw was when a patient with an appointment @ 12n came in at 12:05 and was called in 30 seconds after sitting down. I had already been there over an hour past my appointment and decide to leave. Not rescheduling. looking for another cardiologist.

He moved to a much nicer office where staff is a lot nicer..He always spends time with me and my father, makes us feel very relaxed about his serious heart condition and he always asks us if we have anymore questions before we leave, something my doctors never do.

I would not go ANYONE else!!

Went to Doctor Paley as a second opinion over 3 years ago to determine whether my father needed a pacemaker. Two reputable cardiologists told him he needed one right away or he could die. Doctor Paley took his time (spent over 1 hour with my mom and I) and clearly explained the rationale for holding off on the pacemaker unless my father got sicker---3 years later and dad is doing better than ever. I understand he may need a pacemaker in the future but he clearly did not need one 3 years ago. So many doctors are so quick to perform surgery. I am so fortunate that I listened to Dr. Paley's recommendation. Thumbs up!

Was visiting from NJ and met Dr. Paley last year at White Plains Hospital during my heart attack. He came in at 3 AM and got me a stent that saved my life. He is kind, genuine and caring and calls you back immediately for any issues. There is never a wait to see him since he told me that is his strict policy. I travel over an hour to see him every 6 months and its worth every second in the bridge traffic. I would not trust anyone else.

Takes incredible care of my wife with advanced dementia. Has incredible respect, patience and love for everyone. Dr. Paley is the only doctor I have ever met who actually listens to the words you are saying and shows great compassion and empathy for the sick and elderly. I wish all doctors were like that.

I've been a patient of Dr. Paley's for a few years now. He's terrific! We have our basic chat about my health, as well as a personal touch. It's more of a conversation than a consult, really. Thankfully, I've never had any serious problems, so it's usually a quick appointment. He's a happy guy and it's infectious. I always walk out with a smile on my face. I guess the gist of it is that I trust him with my health and wouldn't consider going to anyone else.

No parking at his office and bathrooms are filthy but Dr. Paley is a real gem. He is always on time if not early and never has you sit in a room for 30 minutes wondering if you have been forgotten..He is a super person who truly cares care his patients and will do anything for them. He won't let you leave until all you're questions have been answered. I wish all doctors were like him!

Spent over an hour speaking with me about my problem/s and I never felt rushed as with most doctors that I have seen. Warm, compassionate with an outstanding bedside manner, he even called me that same day with my blood test results! I have referred all of my family to him and only wish he could be my primary doctor as well
