Dr. Ari David Rubinstein, DPM

My dad is 84 years old. He has been holed up in a rehab center for weeks, as he cannot walk or put weight on his foot. I scheduled an appointment with the doctor and booked a medical transport. I didn't hear back from the office until just a few hours before the appointment, requesting his insurance information. I had his secondary insurance from his pension, but not Medicare. This wasn't good enough. The office then requested his driver's license, which I also didn't have, but I was able to scramble and get a family member to send a picture of his driver's license. Also, not good enough. Instead of showing some compassion and understanding that we can send them his Medicare information at any point, the doctor kicked my ailing father out of his office. Dr. Rubinstein refused to speak with me so I could explain the situation. I was told he was (now) with his last patient and then has to leave for vacation. I asked for him to call me. Never heard back. Truly an awful person.
