Dr. Ari Jay Wiesen, MD

I have been approved for a biologic medication and the office of Dr. wiesen sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I have yet to receive my medication. Normally there is a helpful employee named Sara who I speak with. She has been out of the office. Her fill in, someone named Mary, is no help what so ever. She first told me that my medication had not been approved which at the time was not true. After all of this, the medication is sent to the wrong place! I called again to inform her of this and she was very short. She said the doctor would re send the prescription. That has STILL not been done. I called the specialty pharmacy today and no prescription. I left a message AGAIN, this time with a phone number and instructions as to what needs to be done to correct this error. I asked to be called back so I know what is going on, one way or another. We’ll see!

Dr.Wiesen had excellent bedside manner. He took his time, asked a lot of questions, listened, and answered my questions.
