Dr. Aria Garcia

Aria Garcia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. For the past several years, she's been providing individual and group therapy to adults seeking help with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, including substance abuse, grief, loss, low self-esteem, women's issues, anger, relationship issues, and more. Aria completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Tennessee State University. She has done extensive work helping individuals to find a healthy balance and sense of empowerment in their lives using a collaborative and holistic approach believing that “not one therapy fits all”. Aria is well versed in a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy (SFT), all while stemming from a therapeutic …relationship of trust focus.
