My practice focuses on the treatment of ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. My primary focus is on medication management, but I also believe in the power of holistic approaches. I incorporate lifestyle adjustments, nutrition guidance, exercise recommendations, and sleep hygiene into my treatment plans to address the whole person rather than just the symptoms.
