Dr. Ariel Cross, DDS

The doctor has some of the best staff and personality I have ever seen. This was my first root canal and I was nervous to say the least. Both she and her assistant, Kristyn were absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped into the chair through the x-rays, and even through the procedure itself, I felt as though I was dealing with real people who genuinely wanted to make me feel comfortable. The questions and comments were sincere and the doc's general demeanor was extremely conducive to a calm inviting environment. I had a special issue, due to my amount of travel, I needed it to be done in one session. I explained that I travel and I don't have too much time to come back. Dr. Cross listened, and although there was all the reason to break it into two sessions, she took the time to finish in one session. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this practice.

Can't say enough incredible things about Dr. Cross. From the first explanation of what was going on with my teeth to the final rinse after my procedure, I felt I was in great hands. Definitely the new location for all my dental needs.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cross for years for all of our dental needs. The staff is amazing from the minute you walk through the door. Dr. Ariel Cross helped me with a cosmetic procedure and I am THRILLED! She was so gentle I barely felt the anesthetic. People fear going to the dentist and I promise you if you choose this caring place you will not be disappointed or in any pain!

I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend Dr. Cross. I originally saw a different dentist in the area, but my experience here FAR EXCEEDS THE LAST. The place is spotless and the staff is very friendly. I personally don't want to switch dentists and I drive out of my way for the visits. Dr. Cross makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed when they are there to have dental work done while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. She's excellent at what she does and I recommend her to everyone.

So after almost 4 years of coming here I had my first cavity. She said it was so small might not even need any needle numbness stuff. We started and she paused every few seconds to ask how I was doing. I finally had to take the numbing needle. This was the very first time a DDS had given me a needle that I barely felt. Dr. Cross is the best! I can't think of any way this dental experience could have been better.

Dr. Cross made my two crows out of Zirconium so they would last as long as possible. I had been putting this off for more than I care to admit ... Almost 4 years. But after everything was completed I knew I should have done it years ago! Wanted to just share with everyone how great this office and dentist are.
