I would like to report this office for negligence!

Dr ok staff is hard to manage

Never deal with some lady name Veronica she is very rude and gives a hard time for appointments and medications if she wasn’t there the office would be better!

The staff always gives a hard time for everything!!! Appointments, prescriptions, results, even if the results are wrong they will not call you. Unfortunately the doctor makes too many excuses for them. They definitely need a new manager and someone that knows about patient relations and overall care!

Staff are rude, is dirty and crowded.

I was in the waiting area for over 2 hours, to be rushed out of the room, there waiting area was so full of people waiting to be seen. The staff is horrendous! Someone name Veronica is very rude, they will not reschedule appointments unless you go to the office personally. They have their away message on even if they’re in the office! Dr is not that bad but the staff makes the visit unbearable, totally rude, they don’t like their job or their patients!

They don’t call when the results a abnormal and they don’t call for medications no matter how many times you call them. If you want anything done from them you have to go personally to the office and tell the actual doctor because his staff does not help. The is a RN in the office who is also rude and lost more than half the time, need to go back to nursing school and learn how to read abnormal results

They take to long to see patients over 2 hours wait, and they only see you for 10 mins. They are hard to work with to get appointments and also the staff is very rude!

yes you read that right, even if results are adnormal, they still wil not call you with the results or even let u make an appointment. to get appointment you have a long wait. when you go for your appointment you will be waiting more than 2-3 hrs to be seen for 5mins and send you out. they dont call for prescriptions when they are supposed to either! I had a UTI and they would not give me antibiotics. I had to go to a medimerge to get treated when I have a PCP, which makes no sence. I am in the hunt for a new dr. the staff is even worst than the dr, they are rude, and lazy!!!!!

the staff is really hard to deal with, they never call the prescribtions in when needed, they are rude, and never willing to help.
