Ariella Kepecs

I brought my elderly mother to Dr. Kepecs because she is listed as a provider for my mother's Medicaid insurance. From the start, Dr. Kepecs was rude and dismissive of her, and responded with impatience to my mother's questions and was reluctant to try to make her comfortable. She barely examined her or cleaned her teeth, refused to coach my mother to do things like keep her mouth open and her head turned. She even told her she should go to another dentist who is more equipped to care for her. My mother is 87 years old with some physical aliments and limitations, but she is ambulatory, can follow directions and is communicative and friendly. She is a human and responds well to being treated compassionately like one. Dr. Kepecs was an absolutely awful, uncompassionate and uncaring healthcare provider, who treated my mother with zero dignity and respect. I question why she's included herself on the insurance list as dentist for the disabled elderly when she clearly had no interest in… taking the special care they need. If I could give her a ZERO STARS I would. Won't be going back, and will be reposting this review wherever possible.
