Dr. Arik Zaider, MD

Dr Zaider is a wonderful Rheumatologist that I was referred to by my Surgeon. Dr Zaider is knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. He is quite thorough leaving no stones unturned. He is responsive, asks many questions, listens carefully without rushing you, & answers all your questions in understandable terms. I know I am in great hands with Dr Zaider as he is bound and determined to find the correct diagnosis and potential treatment for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Zaider.

Dr.Zaider is an intelligent compassionate man that really looks out for his patients. He actually listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. Doctors with these traits are pretty rare these days. So I highly recommend him

BILLING FRAUD. They input the highest billing codes and then admitted they were wrong, but never fixed it because it would require effort. Don't go.

dr zaider is pleasant and has sense of humor..receptionist doesn't remember u when going 2 days in a row. 2 employees couldnt take cash payment after 5pm.. 2nd visit meant more bloodwork and more tests to find duagnosis

Terrible "ease of appointment" with the staff. Human Operator doesn't allow you to speak, clicks off. 48 hour wait for a call back to schedule an appointment. Staff was busy texting each time I was there. They did not pull clean paper over table or take BP, asked my weight. They can't be bothered I don't know if the Dr.'s know or care. Dr. Zaider was ice cold, no bedside manner. Brought back for a re-check, sat and watched him enter MRI results into his laptop. No exam, co pay again and out the door with a follow up in another few weeks. (Cancelling it!) The group itself is like being on a deli line, next, next, next. They loudly state your name, DOB and personal information at the front desk in hearing distance of all other patients! No compassion or a drop of humility from the front desk, the nurses or the doctors. Saw another rheum Dr there a few years ago, a female, Kopelman. Also cold, uncaring. Seems to be the norm for this group of Prospect Medical that Dr. Arik… Zaider is part of. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with Dr. Zaider, not returning to this Dr or practice!

I already knew I had Rheumatoid and Osteo arthritis. I wanted a way to manage it or alleviate pain. I was told to use an over the counter, which I was already doing. Since the pain was not in one place, using a topical would have been problematic. I was looking for something to slow the progression. I'm disappointed.

Dr. Zaider is very knowledgeable, kind and caring.

does not listen to patients, poor bedside manner, to quick to diagnosis (misdiagnosis).

dr. zaider is highly intelligent and thoughful. he listened to my complex case and spent time reviewing it. i highly recommend him.

Dr. Zaider is an extremely smart and highly-trained doctor who understands the complexity of patient's problems and is willing to exert time and effort to figure them out. I can see where he might get a little impatient with people who cannot stay on topic and drag in a lot of unnecessary anecdotes, looking for sympathy,etc., but if you are clear in what you say and are willing to educate yourself, he is a godsend. I found him to be extremely respectful, good-humored, and interested in a challenge. I'm lucky to have found him.
