Bell Family Medical Clinic is a joke !!! Can't even get doctor to call prescription 's in ! Clinic opens supposedly at 8:00 A.M. But no one answers phone !!!

thay need to be closed down thay dont know meds thay all need to go back to school and learn how to treat people

While I was waiting to be seen, I overhead the staff saying something about, "Is she here?" "Is her car outside?" "Did she really leave?" Initially, I didn't pay too much attention to the staff's discussion, until I heard someone mention that Dr. Chihombori had left, without telling anyone. The staff never informed me or the other patients that the doctor had left, one of the other patients asked the staff, and the staff member said the doctor had left, but the Nurse Practitioner was still there. I waited over an hour to be seen, during which time I was asked to give a urine sample and have blood drawn. I asked why they were requesting a urine and blood sample, and was told this was because I was a new patient. My appointment was to become established as a new patient with Dr. Chamhombori as my PCP, after a change in my insurance. I agreed to the urine and blood samples, but in retrospect, I'm not sure why those would be required without my first having seen the doctor and her… determining the necessity for urine and blood tests. After waiting for nearly 2 hours to be seen, I spoke briefly with the Nurse Practitioner. She asked me questions about medications I am taking an what I take them for. When I was in the middle of explaining reasons for medications, she abruptly interrupted me, asking me about the next medication, without getting additional information about the reason I was taking any of the medication. She then informed me that she wouldn't be able to prescribe a couple of the medications I was taking, even though they are medications I've been taking for years, and are not controlled substances. I told her I understood, and explained that I was only there to establish myself with a PCP and get a referral to a specialist I've been seeing for years, so my insurance would cover the specialist's visit. The Nurse Practitioner then told me she would have to speak to the doctor. I waited another hour while the Nurse Practitioner called the doctor. She returned and told me they wouldn't be able to accept me as a patient because they wouldn't prescribe two of the medications I am taking without having records from my previous doctor. I offered to have the records faxed to them, and again told her I was only there for the referral to the specialist. She told me that she couldn't give me a referral to the specialist without having records from the specialist's office. I had requested the records from the specialist's office, but they had not yet been sent. I told her I had an appointment the following week, and would ensure my records were sent at that time, but she told me she would not accept me as a patient. Her attitude toward me was condescending and dismissive. She failed to gather any pertinent medical information about me, and continually interrupted me when I attempted to discuss my medical history. Additionally, the office was run down and dirty. The roll of paper used to cover the exam table was on top of a piece of cardboard on the floor. The exam room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The woman who drew my blood failed to wash her hands before and after drawing my blood, although she did wear gloves. Her scrubs were extremely soiled, and she smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were multiple patient records piled up and laid out across the front desk, in view of everyone who checked in, and the records were frequently left sitting out and open, in plain sight of everyone who was checking in or out. I was able to read identifying information, including names and dates of birth of patients, from the records, as I stood at the reception desk. I mentioned this to the woman working at the desk, and she responded that it was because she was busy and hadn't had time to finish charting the records. I left that office realizing the Nurse Practitioner had done me a favor by refusing to accept me as a patient. This is not a practice I want to have making any sort of determinations about my health.

The staff were nice but she deserves 0 stars! She treated me horrible I had take to take anxiety meds after leaving her office! I was told by the nice man Joey that scheduled my apt. that she would discuss my mental issues as well as my physical I took off the whole day finally hoping to get the help I needed. I'm a grown woman who owns a business who's life has fallen apart in the last 8 months and she was the most incompassionate person I've ever met! She would make someone want to go use! Seriously do not go there unless maybe you don't talk at all!

worst dr. ever. Told my wife to divorce me because i was suffering from chronic pain and it was all in my head.

Dr. chimborie is very unprofesional, she is never at the office when she suppost to be. patients arrive at 1 pm for their appts, she always arrives anywhere from 1 and half to 2 hours later to see her patients. i can"t rate this doctor more than a star because everything is poorly. she lies to her patients, doesnt care about them. If you have other questions or problems or concerns she wont take them inconsideration , she yells and curses her patients, cause she is always right. The staff is not very profesional , they stand at the front desk and talk about other patients. were everyone in the waiting area can hear them. i am their for suboxone treatment cause she is the only doctor who accepts my ins. I was even told that someone called and reported me for medicine abuse when the sad thing is no one is aware of me seeing this doctor or what i go to the doctor for. so how someone called and reported me for that when no one knows shocks me. i wouldnt reccomend this doctor to any one,… her staff is nice but sometimes rude and do try to work with you but still unprofesional about other patients private info being talked about and said out loud for everyone to hear

3+ hour wait times. Lab loses results or botches them and resorts to sending them off. Bc they're incompetent. Staff rolls their eyes when you express frustration with the wait. Unprofessional atmosphere. Lobby is absolutely vile. So is the clinic. Do NOT go to this doctor.

Each time i visited i waited for more than 2 hours. The last time i visites i wait for 2 and a half hours and got fed up and just left. What is the point in making an appointment? ! Very unprofessional staff.

My appt was at 1pm for the Suboxone program I went their because they are the only people who take Medicare for Suboxone that I could find. After getting all my labs drawn .the medical asst told me that the Dr wasn't in and that she was running late and that the dr was stopping to get the staff something to eat! Another 2hrs rolled by still no Dr. She then came in at 4pm with no apologize to her patients. Then she didn't even write us our Rx for Suboxone . She didn't care about us relapsing or anything . I wouldn't recommend this Practice to anyone. All there doing is billing your insurance. She stated that they don't write Rx's on the first visit. So why come! I'm so Angry because I see myself relapsing this weekend , I simply do not want to go into withdrawals! She then makes me an appt to come back in 3wks why would I come back to a place that doesn't care! Please Be ware dr's are very unprofessional as well as the receptionist who hasn't a clue of the medical field. Trailer trash… practice.

Completely unprofessional and rude. HORRIBLE!
