I would only go to Dr. Ortiz for Dermatology or Laser treatment. She is an excellent diagnostician, as well as, a perfectionist in her specialty of Laser treatments. Dr. Ortiz takes the time to explain what will help you the most and what the procedure will entail. If you can't afford the whole procedure, she will try to find an option that might work out that isn't all of the original idea. Dr. Ortiz has also told me why she wouldn't preform a procedure on me. She said that it wouldn't be successful and I wouldn't be happy. Although, I wanted a different outcome, I had the most respect for her and her ethics right then and there. I will never go to anyone else for my Laser treatments.

I am so thrilled with my results! Dr. Ortiz erased the lines around my mouth. I barely felt a thing, she was so gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz

Dr. Ortiz did an amazing job with my filler. I wanted a natural look and that's exactly what I got. She took a lot of time to explain the process and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz!

I was nervous to get anything done on my face. I never had a cosmetic procedure before. Dr. Ortiz explained how to help me look better without looking fake. The treatments I received worked really well. The staff were very helpful too. I was very happy.

This doctor did something terribly wrong to my face leaving me with medical conditions I never had before. I wish I never stepped into her office. She should not be allowed to practice medicine. Condescending, selfish, greedy & mean.
