My therapeutic approach utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT). These approaches allow me to provide tailored support to each individual, helping them to confront and overcome their …challenges. My expertise lies in exploring challenges related to body image, social anxiety, sexual concerns, sexuality, relationships, self esteem, trauma, anxiety, and suicidality. I am committed to helping my clients understand and manage these issues, fostering resilience and promoting healing.
