Excellent physician excellent staff Total pain management Unlike other doctors who just give pain pills because I went to several both he and his Nurse practitioners and the other doctors in practice emphasized the importance of physical therapy which was not exercise but massage and ultrasound that I reluctantly agreed to get but I am so glad I did I am now able to live my day with less medicine and KEEP my job

Excellent service The first visit was long But I was relieved of my pain once Dr Ariz gave me the injection He did not give me pain meds He recommended therapy which I did Very happy with his services
