Dr. Arkady Pavlov

Avoid Dr. Arkadiy Pavlov and Arden Dental Services at all costs! This office engaged in fraudulent and abusive practices against my elderly mother, Inna Ishkhanyan, causing severe health and financial harm. In 2024, they submitted an unauthorized insurance request to Cigna for dentures without her consent, delayed treatment for over a year, and misrepresented coverage. These delays led to her hospitalization due to ill-fitting dentures. When confronted with a statement from Cigna, the office agreed to provide service, however, Dr. Pavlov refused service during her appointment, citing “pressure,” and expelled her, an elderly woman, from the office. Arden Dental’s actions are deceptive, negligent, and abusive. We’re pursuing complaints with NYSED, NYSDOH, and the NY Attorney General for fraud and misconduct. Save yourself—choose another dentist!

Mr Pavlov did 2 implants for me in 2013. For operation, one tooth removal, implants installation, abutments and crown (one, covering all implants) installation I paid him around $8,000 out of my pocket. The crown was attached using cement ... The crown lasted less than a year and one day fell. I went to Mr Pavlov and he (for the bargain price of $100) re-installed it back. It fell again few months later. I felt like my visits became unwelcome and during another visit I was proposed an expensive operation (for just another $3,000, to start with!), which I refused, as I don't trust him. I spent some years in putting that crown back, visiting other dentists, spending money on that. Now I have to remove badly installed implants and redo the whole procedure in another dental clinic, throwing thousands again for the same work. I just wanted to share my experience with anybody concerned.

Everything was excellent, very attentive doctor, good equipment. I'm satosfied.
