I have been left waiting in a room for close to an hour on multiple occasions. I have been a long time patient however each time I go I feel like she has no idea of my chronic conditions or the treatments and prescriptions she has prescribed to me.

Super slow and NEVER remembers me...it's not hard to read a chart before you step into the room. Does not mesh with the way I like to be treated as a patient. I'm not 3 I understand medical terminology and don't like when doctors aren't straight with me.

I switched to DR. Zahnhauser after my doctor left the practice. I was very disappointed in the way i was treated by the staff, specifically the nurses. The entire staff seemed unfriendly judgmental and ultimately hated there jobs. They constantly were updating my records for things that should have been chnaged the first time around. Not mention they recorded information in my record to dit there interests and did nothing to comfort me as a patient. They all acted as if they were better than me. Talked poorly of my previous doctor, who was absolutely one of the best i had ever had the privilege to call my doctor. They arent caring or compassionate. I would seriously avoid the office at all costs.

Seems judgmental, age, lifestyle, not particularly interested in finding answers.
