Dr. Arlene Stern Feder, MD

Dismissive, invalidating, rude. Does not listen to concerns. Would not recommend.

I showed up to a crowded waiting room and didn't get taken back until well over an hour after my appointment time. While I was waiting I heard her yelling about to order for lunch. When she finally came in to see me she was rude and insulting. She also doesn't listen because she asked me the same question every time I'm there and I'm tired of repeating myself on that issue. She is very knowledgeable but has lousy bedside manner.

I went to Dr. Feder for Cushing's Syndrome at her new office at Weirton Medical Center. I did research on my condition, and Dr. Feder was able to any all of my questions. I was impressed with her diagnostic ability.

I am glad I went to Dr. Feder for my diabetes. I was able to see an MD, the doctor herself, rather than at Wheeling Hospital, where I saw the nurse practitioner. I have been going to Dr. Feder for 3 years for my diabetes.

I went to Dr. Feder for Graves disease. She listened to me, which my previous doctors didn't do, and she explained things to me really well. I go every year for a follow-up visit.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr.Feder. She has helped to get my diabetes under control quickly. Along with her advice, getting me on the right meds and sending me to a dietician I am doing great. We have worked together to get my sugar levels under control.

Aloof, uncaring, glosses over things

She's the most thorough doctor I've ever gone to. She's been following my diabetes for the past 3 years. She always returns my calls. I would give her a 10 if possible.
