Worst doctor I've ever used.

My brother had scoliosis for 5 years and she never diagnosed him. She sucks.

First off let me say that Dr. Little and Dr. Lee were both great with my daughter! I however, would never recommend Dr. Harrington.I do my best to avoid her, but sometimes it is unavoidable. A week after my daughter was born we had to see her for that first appointment. I left the office in tears! Dr.Harrington was condescending and arrogant. She actually touched my breast as I nursed without even warning me .Fast forward to when my daughter was around 18 mths, I had to take her in on a Saturday because she had an ear infection. Dr. Harrington prescribed an antibiotic. When I went to pick it up from the pharmacy I was told she had prescribed two times what was required for a child my daughter's weight. Thank goodness the pharmacy caught the mistake because my daughter actually had a reaction to that particular antibiotic. Even though the pharmacist informed the doctor's office of the mistake, no one from Chesterfield Pediatrics ever called to make sure my child was getting the right… dose of medication.

I was told to call in the morning for a time to pick up medical records. I called as directed and was told the medical records would be ready within an hour. I showed up one hour later and was told the medical records will be another 1/2 hour. My child whom they have seen the day before was still sick but needed these medical records for his school. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me which was clear.

Would not recommend Dr. Harrington. She forgot to come to the hospital to check my baby out so we could leave after she was born. She was not very apologetic and acted as if it was a big deal eventhough it was 6PM and we should have left by 11 AM that day. We had to wait on her and then she told us she "could" have come at her lunch break to check us out but didn't.
