I started with Dr Henry when she first came to Villages Health. I find her caring, personable and she pays attention to my needs.

She is attentive to my medical needs always is very helpful and professional I have been going to her for a decade long now and never had any problems with her or her staff thank you for always helping me.

Dr.Henry has too many patients.She simply doesn't care.She appears to be going through the motions.She never calls you back she talks through her nurses.She doesn't know the patients unless they're in front of her.

REAR FINDING: A DOCTOR THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

Completely unavailable. Dr. Henry is a good doctor but she works VERY part time, only two evenings a week. If you need her and call, you won't get a call back, ever. I would call five times with ever-increasing urgency in order to get any calls back. My last experience was a non-starter. With a potential diagnosis which could be dangerous, even fatal, she never returned a phone call. I switched doctors. I need someone who actually practices medicine.

Visits to Dr. Henry always involve long waits, but during my last visit I waited for nearly two hours. When I politely commented on that upon finally getting into see her, she didn't apologize; rather, she said that the wait was better than average in NYC. That's simply not true; I've never waited that long for other doctors!On my first visit, I noted that I was going in for my annual wellness exam, which has no copay under my insurance. Dr. Henry and her staff both said they had no idea what I meant or was talking about. They filed the visit as due to illness rather than a wellness exam and charged me a copay. When I questioned that later, Dr. Henry claimed that I had a complaint during my visit. My complaint? That I have long-diagnosed allergies and needed a refill on my Flonase prescription, which I first received nearly seven years ago.I firmly believe that Dr. Henry also puts people through excessive rounds of tests and subsequent follow-up visits as yet another way to milk her… patients for additional money.I'll never be visiting her again.
