This is the Worst PCP Physician I have ever gone to. Went in for a Wellcare Exam and come to find out that they are coding it as a Consultation visit what kind of office is being run here. You call and can never speak to anyone or the voicemail just states the office is closed all the time. Waited for an hour to be seen for an appointment visit to find out the doctor was super late getting into the office. The office is Totally Unprofessional!!!!!!. I would never recommend anyone to go here

The worst doctor office ever!!! How do you schedule appts when the doctor is not even on the office??? Stupid!!!

If you like sitting and waiting for the doctor to see you then go see Dr. Lewis. When you find out that you've been sitting there for 45 minutes and that she's not even in the office, you'll know why I don't go there any longer. This is the third time she's done that to me and three times wasn't a charm. I also like the way you can be scheduled for the first appointment of the day and the staff doesn't even get there until 30 minutes later and them you're called back within the next 30 minutes. This is still on top of waiting for the doctor.

Office staff is AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL, it's a shame that a good doctor has HORRIBLE staff

Dr. Lewis is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. She is good at looking beyond a typical diagnosis for the root cause of ones illness.

No respect for patient's time

Dr. Lewis is one of the best Doctors I have met in years. She listens to you, gives her medical advice and takes very good care of you. I feel better when I know that she is going to be my Doctor.

What I liked about my visit was the doctor and how she interacts with you. However, the lack of respect for your time is awful. An early morning appointment drags out to mid-day because the doctor does not get to the office until 11:00 or so. Why then are appointsments made at 9:00? I simply had to walk out on one visit. The front desk staff has no personality; does not appear to even like people. How does such a person have this job; the drab personality will make a sick person even sicker. Overall, a lack of respect for your clients.

Gosh, I just do not understand the service at FAMILY CARE OF HILLANDALE. It has gotten worse each year and I am trying to be supportive. Please work on your patient care if you expect your business to thrive. At this time, I cannot recommend that a person even come here for an infected fingernail. Guys, I want to support you - really I do. But you guys are giving really, really, really, really.......BAD service. Still waiting for lab work 1.5 weeks later with unreturned calls and no information. .
