Dr. Arlene D. Lobo, MD

The office of Dr. Lobo does not value YOUR time. They do NOT do any tele-visits. I waited 50 minutes in the exam room before demanding the refund of my co-pay. Before leaving I filled out the form to send my info to a new cardiologist. There was no attempt at an apology. When pressed for a reason for my wait, I was told they were “tending to other matters”. This follow up visit could have been an email or tele-visit or phone call—but they insist on in-person. It is 2024…time to rethink your appointment options, especially for follow-up after testing completed.

Have seen Dr Lobo many times. Very caring and knowledgeable. Takes time to answer questions. Her office staff is very good, always helpful.

I saw Dr. Lobo two times. She is very doom and gloom, arrogant, and absolutely no compassion nor does she speak to you in a kind way. Thank goodness I immediately went elsewhere and had an amazing outcome after Dr. Lobo gave me a grim outcome. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office.

Dr. Lobo is excellent. She takes time to answer your questions and without seeming distant she stays focused on YOU.

Dr. Lobo was the only cardiologist who was able to diagnosis me after 32 years of complaints.

Dr Lobo is not a doctor worth going to see in my opinion. She is the type of doctor that if the problem easily presents its self she will deal with it . If your cardiac problem is a little harder to diagnosis she will give up. She does not like to listen to her patients, she does not like to be questioned and she is VERY condescending in her communications.
