its certainly not an office you should go to as a male, you will find out you are just a ATM for the office staff, no real resolution. I'm pretty sure all the five star rating I see online are shills.

Having been a patient with Dr. Arlene Taylor for several years, I have witnessed the good and the bad. When the doctor finally gets to you, she seems very caring and will take plenty of time to deal with your situation. Unfortunately, she often forgets her own advice, leaving the patient in the dark. Dr. Taylor is affiliated with the hospital I have been assigned to when I have had pneumonia and can be counted on to visit each day. She can also be counted on not to remember her suggestions while traveling from bedside to the nurses station. I have been hanging on to my relationship with doctor Taylor's office despite 2 hour wait times. I have found her best office staff to be Grace whom I think is a volunteer. From Grace it goes down hill rapidly. Not to negatively mention names, you will soon find out should you go there. It seems I have been the victim of downright slip-shod treatment. I have been using a sleeping aide by the name of Triazalam and it is a rarity that it is… filled without some sort of problem. For example: I went to the pharmacy to pick up the new prescription but I could not get it as it had to be authorized by the doctor's office. This would take time so the pharmacist recommended another sleep aide - Ambien - until Triazalam could be filled. Ambien did not work well for me and I found my self taking an extra pill in hopes of getting to sleep. A few days later the authorization had gone through. The Dr.'s office lady M. said I would need to return the Ambien to their office before I could get the Triazalam. The doctor's office breaks for lunch from 12 - 2PM and I found myself at the pharmacist during that time. In speaking with the pharmacist, she had never heard of anyone having to return medicine to the doctor's office. She suggested I leave it there and she would call Taylor's and get back to me. She did just that, but I was told I still needed to go to the pharmacy, pick up the Ambien and hand deliver it to Dr. Taylor's Office - then someone would call the pharmacy that I was all clear and give me the Triazalam prescription when I got back there. So I picked up the Ambien amidst much laughing by the pharmacy staff. I was in considerable pain but managed to drive my 76 year old body to Taylor's. "I understand you need these." I held the pill bottle toward the front desk lady. She took them and I left with nary another word. There is another family doctor one floor down from Taylor's and I made an appointment. Back to the drug store I got my 0 refill Triazalam sleep aide. on the label it said to not take with Ambien - duh. Speaking of adding insult to injury - I am hoping Dr. Taylor had no part in this three-ring circus, but I strongly suggest she did. I hate to change doctors, but enough is too much.

De Taylor is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is compassionate. She takes her time with me and listens!

Dr Taylor is the best!! There is a wait to see her sometimes, but she is worth it!!! Never will go anywhere else. Love her and her staff.

I absolutely adore Dr. Taylor. Her professional knowledge, bedside manner and compassion for her patients is second to none. Yes, had to wait but well worth it knowing that she takes the time to properly assess, diagnose and understand each patient. Her office doesn't accept my new insurance, so sad that I have to go.

Dr Arlene Taylor has the worse office staff I have ever encountered. The office "manager" was the worst of all. She is extremely rude, doesn't listen, and actually used foul language on the phone to me. She couldn't take five minutes to review my chart to make sure the correct exam was ordered by Dr Taylor. What kind of patient care is that? I would never recommend any one to go to Dr Taylor, purely because her staff is awful. I wonder if Dr Taylor even knows how horrible they are to her patients. I couldn't tell her myself because her office manager wouldn't put her on the phone. The office manager told me unless I had an M.D. Behind my name, I shouldn't question Dr Taylor's order! Horrible person!

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for approximately 3 years. Unfortunately, I am going to be shopping for another doctor. Dr. Taylor is experienced. However, she runs the most unprofessional practice I have seen. You make an appointment and you wait 1 hour in the lobby, then you are called to a waiting room and you wait another 1 hour before the doctor comes in. It takes about 1 month to get an appointment. It does not matter how important. You call the practice and you cannot leave a message. You must call back during business hours. If you need a prescription refill and they need to call in to the pharmacist, forgot about it. Overall, the service is terrible!! Same your time and look for another doctor.

Had my 1st appt. today with Dr. Taylor, yes, I waited for a while, but anything good is worth waiting for..Dr. Taylor listened to my concerns, was interested in my care and took the steps to take me to better health. Would recommend to anyone!

waited over an hour to not be seen by "dr. taylor" i think she was more worried about eating her lunch and taking her break then she was worried about me or any other paitent..will make sure to tell everyone i know how un pleasent the staff was and how not helpful they were. they didnt even care i walked out. only care about the money and taking breaks..never have i ever been treated like this and i dont recomend her to anyone. just horrible. a waste of time.
