Dr. Arlyn B Levy

Dr Levy is very pleasant and performed perfect work without any pain. Her accommodations for appointments were excellent and she was very caring.

While Dr. Levy was a dentist with Stratman dentistry, she examined me several times and installed a crown for me. She was professional, gentle, and caring at every visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Levy to anyone in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Arlyn Levy was supposed to perform a root canal and insert a crown. I thought all was well...one year later (once she was no longer with the iSmile practice), the PERMANENT crown fell out. When I went back to the office they found a dental infection from that tooth. The new Dr in the office was not experienced in root canals so I had to be referred out to a specialist (and of course, pay for additional Dr fees) he informed me that the root canal had not been fully completed by Dr. Arlyn Levy and another root canal was needed + his $400 charge. iSmile refused to do anything about the charges, making excuses of why they could not since it was under Dr. Arlyn Levy and she is no longer with the practice! But my payment went to iSmile, not Dr. Arlyn Levy! After finishing treatment with the specialist, I selected a new dentist to finish the crown replacement and never returned to iSmile. I would not refer anyone to Dr. Arlyn Levy.
